RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every piece of Chou Jewelry is unique and slight variation may occur. Clay and glazes are organic, and therefore can be unpredictable.

Chou Jewelry accepts returns on full priced jewelry and objects that are unworn/used and undamaged. The customer must pay for return shipping and will be refunded fully the price of the object if the return is undamaged. Please contact us if your piece arrives damaged, and send photo documentation for a refund.
